I've previously used Cross Plumbing for a slab leak and they were awesome, so I reached out again about a minor issue with my main water line not shutting off from the building to our condo units. As such, they kindly sent someone out to shut it off while I attempted to change a faucet behind my washer. Long story short and with best of intentions, I changed the faucet, but was not confident that it was accurate, so I asked the plumber to look at it before turning the water back on and he confirmed that it was not affixed properly and would leak. Without the proper equipment to replace, he kindly put back the old equipment, so that we could at least turn the water back on until I'm actually able to schedule a formal service repair with the appropriate equipment. My regular plumber recommended Cross Plumbing. AND I AM SO GLAD HE DID BECAUSE MIKE WITH CROSS WAS GREAT! Prompt and reasonable! We had a pipe burst between our shutoff and the city shutoff at 2:00 am. Water everywhere. Mike at Cross called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving my voicemail. Even though he already had a full schedule he showed at 5:00 pm and worked for two hours replacing the damaged portion of the pipe and interfacing with the city who had to restore service when he was done. I’ve been using Cross Plumbing for a few years now. I continue to use their services because I get results. Never have I had to have them return to the same job because it was fixed incorrectly. I run apartment complexes so this is especially important. The owner Mike is   communicative, and doesn’t seem to mind explaining something if I don’t quite understand. I was looking for an independent plumber and called Mike Cross. Mike answered the phone right away and arranged to have someone come out when I needed. This is a small outfit with 3 plumbers in total. Luis came out to my house, advised me and did the work. He was knowledgeable and creative, as my old house, old claw foot tub, and old plumbing can be a challenge. I am very loyal. My last plumber was a great guy and we used his services for almost 20 years. I am so happy to have found Cross Plumbing😊
